Done, it won't even boot with one stick and I tried all the four on all of the slots.
Should I try the PSU now ? I don't understand how it was running fine for over a week while I was playing, running BOINC but still in simple reboot it will stop working, taking with it.

Sorry,
i might be misreading your post.

Are you finding the RAM at fault here or just one stick?

I would check PSU anyway. Too many expensive kit attached to it not to be sure.

I did what you asked + I tried booting with only one stick few times in the 4 slots, nothing helped the system to boot after it started the lop and nothing helped the system to boot to 400 FSB without the lop, I don't understand from it that it's the RAM as I tested it few times in Memtest for 3 hours.

I can boot fine until I hit the 400FSB, it booted at that speed before (the maximum I tired is 450, it did work).
Any ideas what it can be ?

Fixed, long story but it was bad fan.
Now new problem, I have no problem booting into 3.4GHZ that is 425 FSB but after windows is started and will start loading the user, it'll freeze and won't respond to anything.
Works fine in 3.3GHZ.

What voltage are you using on the CPU and ram, and what strap are you on.
