Welcome to the forums

You can try the crash free BIOS feature. Insert the CD that came with the board (drivers, software etc) and power off the PC, turn it back on and if you are lucky, it will restore the original shipping BIOS from the CD.

If this doesn;t work, you will need to either RMA the board and get it flashed or borrow a CPU to flash with.

Is it the E8200 you are having trouble with? I would have thought the latest BIOS would support that CPU?

Hey there, welcome to te forums.
If as you say the BIOS you flashed doesn't support your CPU, you'll need an older CPU to flash it again.
You could buy some 35€ 65nm Celeron or bring it to a PC shop and have them do it for you, wich will probably cost you the same.

EDIT: monkey face beat me to it.
