Upgrading My PC

OK, so I want to upgrade my mobo to a DFi LanParty UT X48-T2R. I just wanted to make sure that all my current components are compatable with this mobo. I also have two 1 gig sticks of crucial Ballistix PC2-8500, I was wondering if there are any issues with these sticks and mobo.

One last thing, will I be able to install a 9800GX2 along with my current 9800GTX in this mobo. This is for folding & obviously no SLI seen as the mobo has an Intel chipset.

No issues that I know of, I used the same memory in that board. Mine are the double sided versions.

I'm really not sure about those two graphics cards together, I think that in theory it should work, but I couldn't say for sure

I have the LT X48 T2R and the Corsair Dom 2X2GB 8500+ both work well together no issues. Can't comment on the cards though, i havnt used either.

I think u mean corsair dominators. I have crucial ballistix. I know the names are very similiar, maybe one company could sue the other. That would make it a lot easier to remember the names.

One last thing, does anyone think it's worth waiting for a price drop? Or should I just buy now? Does anyone have any ideas when/if a price drop will happen?

It's sods law that whatever you buy, whenever you buy it, will drop in price the following week...not much you can do there

Just bought a new all-in-one printer for £60. The next day in some other place it was £30.

Do u think i'll get much benefit buying a TRUE. I currently have a Scythe Ninja. Just wondering how many °s the TRUE will shave off.
