Using RMClock and CrystalCPUID doesn't work on my XFX 650i either. I'm not sure whether it's because the motherboard is unsupported or because of the fact that I didn't set the CPU core voltage to auto/CPU is overclocked. I think you'll have better luck with the bios. I'll investigate my motherboard this weekend.

Looks like it worked. I switched the CPU Core to Auto and now I can use both RMClock and CrystalCPUID to throttle the voltage under Windows. The only downside is that both cannot decrease the voltage lower than the stock voltages of the E2160 (~1.2 to 1.5V). Seems like the BIOS would be a better option for my processor if I don't overclock, or even overclock, cuz I can easily undervolt it to below the stock voltage to 1.15V @ 2600Mhz in the bios.

I tried again setting the vCORE to auto and it works, seems stable too!
Now my cpu runs at 6x and 1.1 Volts when the system is idle.
Will try a little bit of overclocking, if 1.25 will let me.
Thanx very much!

Awesome!
If only one of us had a energy meter so we could compare power consumption differences!

Me very happy!
It is possible to undervolt, overclock and overvolt at the same time, at least with DFI Motherboards!
Basically RMClock needs you to leave vCore on auto so he can change it in real time, but on DFI mobos you also get the Special Add, wich works as a multiplier for the vCore you set. so right now i'm running at 4250 MHz (425x10) with 1.344 V under load, and 2550MHz (425x6) with 1.23V on idle.
Prime95 is been running 96k size small FFTs (it seems that it is the size that will stress the CPU the most and gives more vdroop too) for over 35 minutes now and all seems fine.

So again!

Edit: I let Prime got for 3 hours and a half, still all right, seems that everything is fine!
