Duke Nukem not coming in 2008

Who would have thought...

A couple of days ago a Dallas-based newspaper ran a story claiming Duke Nukem Forever is set to launch during this year. What's more, the paper said the game will launch for PC, 360 and PS3. We wrote about it here.

No surprise, the President of 3D Realms George Broussard, said yesterday that the paper got it wrong. "While we have internal targets, dates and goals, like every developer, we are not ready to share them," said Broussard, "The release date is still 'when it's done', and will be until the appropriate moment."

He also said that the company has not finalized its plans and the launch platforms have not been chosen yet.
