In one word... OMG! Ok, so it's more like 3 words combined into 1 semi-word but the game kicks. It is simply unbelievable.
The game looks stunning. Not quite Far Cry 2 level but amazing, especially considering all the architecture and things coming your way.

I am only a few hours into it (stupid work... distracting me from my game) but I am already in love. From the amazing intro, to your starting steps in the Vault and to the shock that followed when I stepped outside.
The game is phenomenal. Think Oblivion but for mature audiences; with guns, cooler story, more interaction with everything and one of the coolest aiming and character creation systems anywhere.

I am not going to spoil anything for you, but it is simply a must play.

This is pretty much the game i've been dreaming of since i played Fallout 1 & 2. The 3rd dimension they added rocks, and it still feels like Fallout. However, i'm currently plagued with the random crash to desktop error... i can get anywhere from 2 to 60 minutes of gameplay before it happens. I've been looking around for fixes and tried everything, still no luck. I installed the 1.0.0.15 patch too. It looks like thousands of other people are having the same problem.
Are you having any problems edman?

I just got done playing it, ended up crashing again. But this time it lasted several hours. I just installed the 8.11 catalyst earlier today, seems to have helped. I really need to check my system's stability before i blame software anymore.
