Asking For Help Via PM

As much as we would love to, we simply can't help everyone via PM or MSN .

If you need help, your first option is to make a thread of your own or adding to an existing thread (I recommend making your own).

By making a thread, you also leave a document of any solutions to your problems for the next person that comes along with the same problems as you.

We also have a huge amount of archived information on the forums, so please make use of the search feature, it's pretty good and you can generally find what you need.

Just to let people know that PM-ing me for help without even bothering to post, and then PM-ing again an hour later requesting a read receipt isn't going to get you help either

There is no private help here, if you want our help, it needs to be on the forums, it's as simple as that
