There isn't any duty on warranty returns if I remember right, at least not within the UK. Sometimes though, customs can get a bit over excited and charge you VAT if the sender has put the full value on the invoice, so that's probably why they do it.

I also wouldn't have thought there would be much in the way of user serviceable parts inside a laser mouse?

Or maybe you're getting an insight into how much a mouse is really worth.

That was my thinking... No duty on Warranty returns makes sense too. I've been up since 4am loosing my mind a little. I'm using it now, Seems very precise, glides nicely on my eXactMat I like the glowing logo and prefer the thumb buttons location over my Logitech G5. and the software is a nice touch, I'll be setting up a couple Macros for COD4 maybe whip out my pistol and shoot off a clip with a single click.. That should piss of those l33t bastards that keep owning me.

I must admit I prefer the size/shape and weight of my Logitech G5 but the extra buttons there location, response and macros are a definite plus.

I'm still using mine... But I must admit I miss my Logotech G5 (hidden in the draw next to me) The Razor moves better round the screen and the thumb buttons are in alot nicer place but the mouse is two sallow resting the palm of my hand on it, it doesnt feel as those im in a natural position and this results in wrist ache after a few hours..

It was a bargain thou... and i'm insistent on getting my moneys worth out of it. :-)
