I found a shop from UK that might send things to Romania. www.chilledpc.co.uk. Is it any good?
About the Aquastream pump: there is a guy that has it and the radiator in the basement and through some holes in the ceilling he is cooling 2 pcs with it. Seems pretty powerful.
If you have any work/cuts done with them, ask them to check and confirm that all the panels are scratch free before starting. My Lian-Li case arrived with scratches from their cutting machine, which they said were present on all their stock of the case, yet I have since spoken to other people that had exactly the same marks on their cases, so It's best to get them to confirm in writing before you hand over any money

If you aren't having any case cutting done, then they are fine.

P.S. I'm also waiting for a reply to an email from around June
