For the life of me I don't see the front USB panel in the pretty pix.

Thought it strange.

Oversight on the reviewers part not shoving a pic in.

The inside reminds me of the old Lian Li PC-60, only a bit more squat.

must be incredibly awkward and restricting having a front (side? ) panel on the side. limits where you can put your pc quite a bit...

I think it does look nice and seems like a decent case either way

In my opinion it looks like a cheap-ass case that was resprayed.
If you want Lian Li quality you either buy Lian Li,Rocketfish or the Aplus Black Pearl. Rocketfish is very cheap.

Akasa are generally decent quality , but must agree with

that's what struck me 1st. Not a bad £ but

However, there are some short falls, and one of them is the poor stock thermal performance. The Omega's out of the box cooling configuration is only one or two degrees better than the Mirage, and way off of other cases we've recently looked at like the Lian Li Tyr X2000
doesn't really inspire.

They advertise it like:

Yeah right, looking at the pictures a small configuration already looks cramped and we are not talking about watercooling here. Imagine were the heck should you put a triple rad in there without looking at the case and thinking it might burst at any moment.
I would pick a Lian Li PC-7 over this any moment. And its also a lot cheaper. Here i can get 3Lian-Li like that and have money for a 24xbeer crate.
