Default Cooling Conundrum...

Now then folks... heres something for you to think about...

Look at this picture:


As you can see, i have a DFI LT-X48 in a Antec P182 case with the heat minator thingy and a Ultima90.. its a tight squeeze at the top end of my case, what do you think i should do to get optimum airflow?
I will be getting a 120mm fan for the ultima, and another for the front of the case(it doesnt have one currently)
Should i turn the Ultima 90 degrees and have the fan inbetween that and the n/b heatsink blowing UP?

Drill two holes in the side panel, one over the CPU and one over the VGA.
2 low to mid airflow (40-75 CFM) fans will be ok.
