Not much info in that link so i can't be sure but 1 or 2 years ago another company was in the developing stage of some liquid metal cooling, and the key was the liquid metal wich was magnetic and therefore the pump had no moving parts, hence extremely high MTBF and 0 noise.
Aw and awesome performance ofcourse.
They dropped the project for some reason i can't recall now, whatever. I hope this time liquid metal is coming for real.
