I was waiting for my new PSU to arrive before I could try it, it arrived yesterday morning so I though great but it came with a Euro 2 pin power lead! DOH! I will try and get her up and running today and post back with the findings for you

[edit] Just to clarify I have the Thermalright Ultima 90i not the TRUE but only a couple of degrees in it

affiliate13,

I havent yet got the fans that I want and also I have yet to re-seat the CPU cooler in a different direction so bear in mind that my cooling is not at its best yet but just tried a second fan and core 1,2 & 4 dropped by 2 degrees & core 3 dropped by 4 degrees

I expect it to be more when I am using the correct fans, I will keep you posted.

I got the Cooler Master Real Power M850 Modular 850w from eBuyer, it was about £20 odd cheaper than anywhere else It also had great reviews on the web and so far apart from the wrong power cable its a far superior PSU than the Tagan BZ Series I recently had problems with! So far im really happy with it, I will be posting pics'n'stuff when I get my card reader next week

The M850 looks really good, i thought it was quite expensive through. If you got it 20 notes cheaper than the £125 odd i saw it for then nice one. As i remember it had 6x12v rails and 1000w top output. with the 4x6pin and 2x8pin pcie connectors you shouldnt be need splitters. styled well too, sort of gun metal looking.

Got it for £110 including VAT & shipping which made it also £25 cheaper than the previous Tagan

Yeah, 6x12v rails & also it can be classed as a 1000w PSU but i think its sold as an 850w to keep the 80PLUS certification? No need of splitters yet, you get a bag full of connectors. It is a dark gun metal colour and its very very shiney I'll get some pics up next week, anyone thinking of buying a decent PSU should definately consider this

And it would probably power it with room to spare.
