Default Temp sensor

Hey folks,
got a temp sensor today for my water cooling but i cant decide where to put it. My cpu is the only thing in the loop with one dual rad. I was going to place it just before the cpu, but when i spoke to a friedn he suggested i put it straight after.

thoughts and views on the subject please?

Doesn't matter where it goes, once the loop is flowing, the water temp with be pretty much constant throughout
