Default best way to go

Hi guys
i'm here again asking for advice
my Q6600 is getting a bit on the warm side and you could fry an egg on my 8800GT.
time for better cooling but what to do
1 Thermalright ultra 120 extreme for the cpu and hr-03 gt for the gpu
2 water
if i go water this is what i'm thinking
XSPC Dual 750 Bay Reservoir Pump
ThermoChill PA120.3
D-TEK FuZion CPU Block + Accelerator Nozzle Kit
EK-FC88 GT/GTS (G92)
so really the question is will a single loop cool any better than going with what looks like the best air cooling answer.
if water is the way to go what fans are the best for the rad and what tubing (size/make)
cheers guys i know you'll point me in the right direction
kris

If you have room for the PA120.3 and have the cash then go for it, it's the dogs danglers

If your G0 is getting hot, it's either concave, or your heatsink isn't seated properly. As a rule, they run pretty cool.

You could also save a fair chunk of cash and go with a high end air cooling setup like you mentioned. Both will perform well, obviously the watercooling will perform better, but it costs more. It also depends what kind of overclocks you are going for
