Default fan setup question

ok I travel to London in 2 days to set up my new rig and was wondering how I should set my fans up?

Should I have all fans blowing out of the case or some blowing in from the front?

I await the experts response and thanks in advance hope you all had a great new year and it continues

hi m8,
depends a lot on what case you have
usual arrangement is an intake fan at front as you say & an exhaust fan at rear. Have a look round Case Mods And Build Projects. & Case Gallery might give you a few ideas.

luck

Arianet Veil MIDI Case so assume you have a fan at front bottom ?? & I would guess 1 at raer above rear I/O panel ??

If that is the case then front=intake & rear is exhaust ??

To be honest i'd worry less about the fans & more about your psu 700W ATX SurgeControl Power SUpply You've got a fair amount of mony tied up ith some good components, but powered by a dodgy cheap PSU. To giver you an idea of the quality of cheap psu's check out Reviews - The Bargain Basement Power Supply Roundup These tests were controlled , no hardware was destroyed in the testing. In real life that isn't the case. The psu might take out other components. Frankly i wouldn't overclock with that PSU.

I had posted all of these components in an earlier thread 1st timer seeks wisdom q6600/commando and asked if this would be fine for an overclock to 3ghz and was told YES!! I have had this stuff sitting in London waiting for me for awhile now and I don't think I can return it

I'm sorry, I didn't see the PSU in the other thread, if I had, I would have said the same as I said above, and in the PM
