Hi Nova
To an extent death is correct. But you can buy some fantastic kits XSPC Swiftech being an exception to the rule. Depending on your budget and type of case you have i would use the below components

RS240 radiator cooling your cpu + northbridge
RS120 rad cooling your gpu
X20 Delta CPU block on par with swiftech
EK gpu block
Laing D5 or X20 Bay Pump 750 lph
chipset X20 V2

Watercooling your Southbridge i would not bother with, use a decent aftermarket passive heatsink.

If you have a big enough case you could install internally. But if you have any concerns with cutting your case up you can mount externally.

I could list different makes of rads IE: thermochill good radiators but over priced. Black Ice not on par with the RS rads (in our opinion).

With water cooling becoming more and more mainstream more companies will jump on the bandwagon. Stay clear of these.

Which cooling blocks you choose is a matter of opinion. Some people here will disagree with my choice but if this is your first venture into watercooling you do not need to spend silly money.

One thing you also need to take into account is the size of the tubing you want to use.
Highflow or lowflow I will not try to confuse you on this but rule of thumb the more blocks you run on a highflow pump the less flow. My opinion stick with 3/8ins tube.

And when you do decide to jump into watercooling we do ship to Oz but its not cheap.
Try giving the guys at flabbergast a ring these guys are pretty good with pricing in Oz.
