I could post about how I got games that require DirectSound to work in Vista without having to buy an X-Fi card, but then it might not seem as big of a deal to you guys. Some background info: DirectSound has been cancelled out of Vista (just like D3D). This has caused incompatibilities with a number of games. In my case, I wanted to play MGS2 as it was unresponsive on Vista.

If there are a bunch of Vista users here I would post it.

Sure, post it up. We have all knowledge levels here and plenty of Vista users, someone will find it useful and most will find it interesting.
