Here are some updates,
I am waiting on some elbows and fan extension cables so i cant do much more for now.

This is DOA testing:

This is the GFX blocks going on:

As you can see in this pic my fittings are too long so i have also ordered some SLI/Xfire pipes to cure than little obstacle.

I also switched from a D-Tek Fuzion2 to an EK Supreme LT, his is what she looks like on some test mounts:

As i say i am waiting on some fan extension cables so the sprial wrapping is only half done, but here are the rads with fittings:

Lastly for now, this is some tube routing tests, im not there yet so ideas are welcome:

Cutting shots:

Thats it for tonight, more when the other kit arrives.

This is both rads mounted after some case mods.

Some shots of the parts installed and tubing runs:

Just fan wiring and lights to come next.

Thanks Kel, I am looking foward to this one but it is more parts going under liquid than last time and different fittings so it be messy to start with. This thread may turn into a diary of despair and endless RMAs but heres hoping not.

Well be sure to use non conductive liquids like the Feser One, you should be safe from total disaster.
Have you considered a single huge loop using two pumps and some dual laing top?

Yes, Feser One is there, its what im using in the existing loop, i hope i dont need to test its non-conductive properties in the wild.

I had not thought about putting both rads and pumps in the same loop, my thinking was that by having the GTX480 just for the GFX it would give 1x120mm per GPU. If this works as well as having the stock fan on at maybe 70/80% then ill be very happy indeed.

I wanted to keep the big rad just for the i7 920 as they do tend to pump out a massive amount of heat when heading over 4Ghz (HT on) and i would like to get the max 24/7 clock possible without having to worry too much about running with high temps for prolonged periods.

Do you think i would see better results running both loops as one?
It had not occured to me that that might be a possibility.
