EDIT:...just checked your slides and i see about 1.85 for Vdimm...pretty good!..
Yep vdimm is at 1.85v this shows as 1.89v in Everest , not found the vdimm with my multimeter yet, but i have a feeling it over volts 0.04v is a pretty average expected variance. Might be able to get away with lower on 1666Mhz, 1.85v is what I've been running it at 1800Mhz ie 1 notch down from the top of the 1.7~1.9v manufacturers range, just not changed it

i'm anxious to get my board back to start with the 9650.
Should be back soon ??
It's been about a week ??

why the difference between Everest memory bus speed and CpuZ?
It suprised me , that's why i've been including the everest memory details in my shots , normally crop them out. For some reason CPU-Z doesn't handle the 3.33D divider. I think to be honest It's not set up for the 400 Stepping & dividers. IF I use 4.00D it gets it right, but 4 is of course available in other straps. 3.33 is unique to the 400 strap.

That's my theory anyway. Nice when you run the speedo out

i should probably mention that i was able to take my replacement QX9650 up to 490 FSB using the 8X multi on the IP35 Pro...i was able to run wPrime 1024M at 490 FSB...i tried 495 FSB and it was flaky!
This E8200 seems to be playing pretty well, maybe marginally better than the E8400, but it's luck of the draw I guess.

luck

i am going to have to call them to find out when they shipped my new giga board....they received the board last thursday and i was hoping the board would have been re-shipped on friday...they do not do a very good job of telling you when it was reshipped....i will never order from zipzoomfly again...waste of time and effort because of their services are deficient.

Default E8200 7.5x513 @2.4B

Had an interesting discovery, as I'd said yesterday I thought i'd do some tests to see what max FSB I could get with this E8200. So I started by dropping the divider to 2.40B so that memory wasn't going to play a part in the tests.

Had played a bit with 510 but wasn't that clever yet , but I thought i'd start with 513 at 7.5, again the 7.5 has proven a bit more stable than x8.

What surprised me about these benches was the fast super Pi & high everest scores, which were on a par with the higher dividers i've been running so far.

I'd started with pretty slack timings of 6-6-6-18 , leaving vdimm at 1.85v
Having got these results I thought i'd see if they could be tightened & see what I could get.

First thing I did was to Dropp Performance TRD from 9 to 8 Continued on Next post

Default TRD - Performance Comparison

Continuing from E8200 7.5x513 @2.4B

TRD = 9

TRD = 8

As you can see it makes quite a difference I'd left TRD originally on Auto with Performance Enhance on Turbo, which gave 9.

I made a few more tweaks to end up Continued on Next post

Continuing from Last post fine tuning Ram timings I ended up with :-

Have since found I can drop tRAS down to 12.
As I said earlier am pleasantly surprised at the performance results on such a low divider.
